THE PROPERTY DAS ANWESEN
Two houses on a 1,000 m² forested plot, located within Sapieginės Parkas — a protected nature reserve at the edge of the Antakalnis district, just ten minutes from central Vilnius.
Acquired through inheritance in 1995 and fully reimagined between 2018 and 2023 through a personal €1.3 million renovation, designed and led by the owner — an interior architect by profession. The project was shortlisted at The International Design & Architecture Awards 2020 in the Luxury Residence Interior Design Scheme (Europe) category.
The result is neither classical nor minimal. It is a precise architectural language — curved walls, circular windows facing the forest, a marble spa, illuminated columns, a hand-built spiral staircase — that gives the estate its identity.

Geerbt 1995, vollständig neu gedacht zwischen 2018 und 2023 in einer persönlichen Sanierung über €1,3 Millionen, geplant und geleitet vom Eigentümer selbst — Innenarchitekt von Beruf. Das Projekt wurde 2020 in der Shortlist der International Design & Architecture Awards in der Kategorie Luxury Residence Interior Design Scheme (Europe) ausgezeichnet.
Das Ergebnis ist weder klassisch noch minimal. Es ist eine präzise architektonische Sprache — geschwungene Wände, runde Waldfenster, ein Marmor-Spa, beleuchtete Säulen, eine handgefertigte Wendeltreppe — die dem Anwesen seine Identität gibt.

THE EXECUTIVE WING DER EXECUTIVE-TRAKT
The 95 m² guest / office house is structurally and functionally independent from the main residence — its own staircase, its own bathroom, its own entrance.
The result is a quiet, light-led working architecture: monochrome white interior, vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, deep grey carpeting, and the signature circular window framing the canopy of Sapieginės forest.
Large forest compounds within ten minutes of Vilnius city centre are uncommon. Combined with this kind of architectural detail and a self-contained second house, this configuration is — to the owner's knowledge — likely the only one of its kind currently on the market.

Das Ergebnis ist eine ruhige, lichtgeführte Arbeitsarchitektur: monochrom-weißer Innenraum, gewölbte Decke mit sichtbaren Balken, tief-graue Teppichböden, und das charakteristische runde Fenster, das das Blätterdach des Sapieginės-Waldes rahmt.
Große Wald-Compounds innerhalb von zehn Minuten vom Vilniuser Zentrum sind selten. In Verbindung mit dieser architektonischen Detailtiefe und einem in sich geschlossenen Zweithaus ist diese Konfiguration — nach Kenntnis des Eigentümers — vermutlich die einzige ihrer Art, die aktuell zum Verkauf steht.
